Job Description Summary :

Develop a deep understanding of Channel opportunities (PITA and Shopper insights) that ensures faster growth, gain more than fair share.

OFF Premise, by Sub channel, Shopping Missions, Occasions & NARTD Categories.


  • Collaborating with Function Units (FUs) & bottlers to accelerate category growth (volume & value), with foundation on Organized Retail (Modern Trade) thinking :
  • Demonstrating a thorough understanding of the value chain of both the customer and system in the implementation of value-added solutions
  • Maximize Consumer & Shopper insights to create compelling Strategies & Tactics (Executable LOS)
  • Command Shopper Marketing, ICE, RTM, RGM & Shopper Driven Category management as core drivers for growth
  • Assure world class System capabilities to attend Organized Retail requirements (from Category Management to RTM Solutions)
  • Create System alignment behind Organized Retail agenda, creating open lines of communication at all levels within FU's and Bottlers
  • Stewarding parameters to improve overall System & Customer profitability.
  • Applicants qualifications

  • 5 years managing customer relationships within Fast moving consumer goods companies
  • Marketing and operations experience
  • Strategic thinking, holistic view
  • Results driven, excelling performance. Hunger and ambitions
  • Strong negotiations skills. Strong influence
  • Intimate Shopper knowledge
  • Skillful managing data, transforming insights into action and making things happen
  • Proven listening skills, humble personality
  • Ability to relate within all organization levels
  • High proficiency in English
