As Program Manager, you will drive HR initiatives, building solutions to measure processes against company wide objectives.
You will collaborate with internal technical teams, as well as with key business stakeholders, to inventory, document, and validate business requirements.
Once documented you will get your hands dirty, building real time solutions for global HR leaders to track against business goals.
This position will work closely with many teams across Amazon, including Amazon’s Employee Service Tech team, to deliver tools and insights that have a direct impact on Amazon’s workforce.

Successful candidates will have hands on experience documenting processes and knowledge of HR processes and systems.
Responsibilities include :
Ability to manage program deliverables within budgetary, resource and scheduling requirements against defined project milestones and deadlines.
Work effectively across internal and external orgs.
Act as a builder, creating reports and dashboards that match to customer requirements.
Actively seeking the voice of your customers to improve levels of service.
Assist with the roll out of new tools and systems to HR teams including execution of testing, and training tasks
Aid in the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures, workflow diagrams, and training materials.
Bachelor's degree or advanced college education in a related field and 3+ years demonstrated experience in a data-centric functions.
2+ years of experience as Program Manager
Experience in documenting processes and requirement gathering.
Knowledge of data-centric tools (e.g. Excel, Access) ,HR process and systems.
Exceptional communication skills. Written and spoken proficiency in English language.
Working knowledge of Workday other HRMS systems (is a plus)
Familiarity with data querying and manipulation via SQL (or other tools / languages)
Ability to work independently and problem solve with little to no direction
Robust sense of accountability : sound personal judgment, capacity to handle confidential information appropriately, effectively escalate issues
Strong interpersonal abilities; you can effectively communicate (both written and verbally) technical information to users with minimal data experience
Great organizational skills and attention to detail; you are able to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously without sacrificing the ability to dive deep
Absolute passion for ensuring a great customer experience with every contact
