The DocPro Support Specialist will be responsible for managing and assist in the deployment and provide long term support for Europe, North American and Latin American users.
The Support Specialist will work closely with Project Execution Lead, Project Engineers, Project Managers, Document controllers by interpreting and processing their CTS cases and request.
Provide Document Management System (DMS) application support in a global environment
Develop and maintain expertise on the DMS application
Understand the various DMS user roles and responsibilities
Develop and maintain expertise on the associated DMS work processes
Assist in the maintenance of system and user documentation
At times may provide face-to-face or virtual user training
Creation of new DMS projects
Creation of new user accounts and assignments of access rights
Interfacing with subject matter experts is necessary using effective email & conference call communication
Interfacing with in-house developers about resolution of issues reported by users
Minimum Educational Qualifications : High School or University Degree any technical Certification or Engineering Degree will be a plus.
Excellent computer skills, troubleshooting specially Web Base Applications and Microsoft Apps. (Access and SharePoint will be a plusAdobe experience)
Must have excellent oral and written English skills
Must have excellent people skills due to interfacing with all levels of associates
Experience with document management systems a strong advantage
Excellent English communication skills
Strong commitment to user satisfaction
Quick learner and should be able to work on his own
The person must be a good team player as interfacing with cross functional teams locally & globally is needed.
Good writing and presentation skills
Knowledgeable in the areas of SharePoint, SQL, Microsoft Excel
Experience working in an application support role an advantage
Flexibility to travel : 10 20%
