The Opportunity

The Employee Experience (EX) Technology Leader is responsible for building strong partnership with the business to meet their technology needs.

You will be responsible for designing, developing and supporting of end-to-end HR technology solutions at Adobe. You will help with defining requirements, driving prioritization among business and help implement solutions for recruiting, on-boarding, core HCM, ERC, etc.

You'll work across our HR Technology leadership team, Technology Partners, Integration analysts, Solution Architects and vendors to build an exceptional employee experience.

What you'll do

  • Manage a team of Technology partners in the area of Workday and ServiceNow to support the business needs for HR Technology and employee experience
  • Build critical relationships with Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent development and other key business partners to help deliver roadmap and small project asks.
  • Be the point person for Workday Core HCM business requirements and for prioritization of Core HCM requirements from the business
  • Implement EX Technology roadmap projects, within our global Workday portfolio
  • Assist with the design, development and support of the Integration landscape to and from Workday by working with vendor and Integration teams
  • Own the delivery of Workday improvements via SCRUM planning process, handle governance of delivery via the CAB approval process
  • Project Lead for new releases and implementations in Workday, as well as change management and training around new releases.
  • Help handle global business critical issues within the Technology, reporting and operations team
  • Drive strong data and process governance and standardization, and support audit requests
  • Liaison with Finance and Workforce planning teams to help implement position management in Workday
  • What you need to succeed

  • 10 + years of experience in HR Technology solutioning and delivery, specifically with Workday Core and ServiceNow.
  • A self starter, creative and innovative leader who helps business articulate requirements and define business case for prioritization
  • Drive alignment and collaboration with global business and operations team for strong delivery and support
  • Drive vendors and partners on timely and accurate delivery
  • Good interpersonal skills and help problem tackle with out of box, people, process and technology solutions
