The Corporate Communications team is seeking an executive communications speech writer and creative storyteller to elevate and amplify Adobe’s story to key audiences through C-level executive platforms.
This individual will play a pivotal role in advancing Adobe’s corporate reputation and thought leadership across business and financial leadership, brand and culture, and tech ethics and responsibility.
What You’ll Do
Support external executive communications for Adobe’s C-level executive team, including messaging development, speech writing, presentation creation, media soundbites, bylines and social media messaging
Support internal communications for Adobe’s C-level executives, including scripts and slides for employee meetings and internal initiatives
Take corporate topics and messaging and translate them into unique messaging platforms for different executives
Gain a deep understanding of executive platforms, style and voice and adapt writing based on the audience and context of the engagement
Conduct continuous research and benchmarking on relevant areas to develop and communicate unique POVs
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand subject matter areas and craft narratives for different engagements;
work closely with Adobe’s design team to create visual stories
Manage production and logistics of events and conferences with counterparts
What You Need to Succeed
10-15 years of speech writing and executive communications experience in software, media, technology or creative field
Excellent writer and storyteller with ability to simplify and emotively express complex narratives across consumer and enterprise audiences
Strong attention to detail and copyediting skills
Understanding of multimedia, visual storytelling and modern communications platforms
Executive presence and presentation skills
Self-starter and highly collaborative
Ability to take feedback, quickly adapt content and work in fast-paced environments
BA / BS degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or a related field
