What you’ll do :
Coordinate scheduling for candidates to complete the assessments and interviews during the hiring process.
Collect and input data from the candidates into the recruiting system.
Utilize applicant tracking system to gather information and resumes as needed for various tasks.
Sourcing and Phone Screening for qualified candidates.
2+ years Experience in Recruitment processes
English level B2+ or higher
Extra Points for any of the Following
Workday management a plus
Candidate must be a self-starter who possesses strong customer focus
Advanced analytical, problem solving, and organization skills
Strong relationship building skills in order to acquire trust of business partners and recruiters
Must thrive in a fast paced environment where multitasking and prioritizing is necessary
Bachelor degree in Psychology or Human Resources
