What this job envolves?
Inspire a team of JLL employees to work innovatively and collaboratively to bring the best of JLL to this client. Coach, mentor and develop a team delivering services across Experience, Engineering, and integrated facilities management functions
Partner with the global account leadership to ensure amazing delivery of Project Management, Portfolio Strategy, Transaction Management, Occupancy Planning, Lease Administration and Business Intelligence Services within the Latin America region.
Deliver against all KPI targets for Workplace and Facilities Management including meeting or exceeding all contractual commitments.
Lead the team to ensure a problem-solving, data-first mindset to ensure continuous improvement and evolution of our services.
Ensure a Goal Zero operating environment delivering a safe workplace for our client and our JLL team.
Providing services with an experience-focused mindset is critical to our success. In this role, the successful candidate will guide and mentor a team to deliver services with a hospitality mindset.
Additional Responsibilities
Manage and ensure the successful delivery of JLL’s IFM services in Central and South America which spans 8 countries
Ensure close alignment with client’s Americas Leadership team to ensure JLL is meeting all budget commitments and priority targets
Coordinate cross-regional Workplace programs such as Property Management, HSSE, Sourcing, Technology, etc.
Ensure the successful delivery of all Facility Management Scope in the MSA including meeting or succeeded against CPI and KPI targets, including : Capital Asset Planning and RenewalSafety ProgramsSite re-entry / RTOEngineering
Partner closely with Global and Regional JLL account leadership to ensure coordinated delivery across the Latin America region and on global initiatives
Participate in the Americas Performance Management and QBR process
Bring the best of JLL to the client : bringing forth and implementing new ideas, innovations and thought leadership

Minimum of 10 years in Corporate Real Estate or Workplace / Facility Management Leadership Roles
Demonstrated expertise leading or running employee experience, hospitality and facility management programs
Evident passion for real estate and desire to build a career within Corporate Real Estate
Industry knowledge of latest best practices within integrated facilities management
The ability to work effectively with both peers and senior executives in a highly entrepreneurial, team-oriented environment
Effective written and oral communication skills
Corporate Real Estate experience in Latin America is preferable
Technology sector experience is preferable
Bilingual (both oral and written) : Spanish & English
