Overview :
As a Cloud Security Specialist , you will contribute in overall cloud strategy, design and development of security architecture for different types of public, private and hybrid cloud environment.
Responsibilities :
Lead security initiatives in gaining continuous visibility on cloud-based servers / applications and development of security controls in common cloud infrastructure
Perform design reviews to assess security risk and requirements for adoption of new technologies
Proactively engage with senior management, product / service engineering and other technology teams to understand business goals and enterprise security needs
Participate in continuous evaluation of security controls (technology or process) against the current threats in the cloud
Collaborating with and providing security guidance for Americas Information Service department
Minimum Qualifications :
Any Bachelor’s degree
At least 5 years’ experience as a Security Specialist or Architect
At least 3 years’ experience in building solutions with Cloud IaaS / SaaS / PaaS providers including AWS and Azure
Deep understanding of Microsoft Zero Trust security model and Azure solutions (such as AAD, conditional access, Intune, application proxy)
Understanding of cloud security practices and cloud security capabilities
Experience in working as part of a cross-functional team to implement solutions
Experience in DevOps / DevSecOps practices
Knowledge in multiple high-level programming language and scripting language
Knowledge in Big Data Analytics, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence
Knowledge in privacy law, GDPR, and cloud security best practices
Preferred Qualifications :
Master’s degree with 8 or more years of enterprise security experience
Security operation and monitoring experience with knowledge of SOC toolchains
Cloud Security related certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect and Certified DevOps Engineer
Experience with penetration testing and application security testing
