Talent Acquisition, Senior Sourcing Recruiter (SWAT)
VMware has several opportunities for SWAT Sourcing Recruiters (both FTE and contract openings) to join our Talent Acquisition team.
Our team is responsible for delivering a a robust candidate pipeline, while building a world class partnership with candidates, other recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Our team of sourcing recruiters engage with the external market to provide proactive sourcing strategies and market intelligence to our array of stakeholders.
Key Roles and Responsibilities :
Stakeholder management including planning / expectation setting, establishment and ongoing assessment of candidate criteria, and detailed sourcing plans.
Accountable for delivery of a diverse set of qualified candidates.
Responsible for providing market intelligence to stakeholders.
Accountable for adopting and promoting the use of VMware tools and systems.

Can translate technical requirements into a digestible message that captivates an external candidate market.
Can understand technical job requirements and qualify candidates based on those requirements.

Can be a change agent and provide data driven recommendations to stakeholders that drive a best in class candidate experience.
Has passion surrounding the recruiting experience, diversity representation, and overall recruiting results.
Has top notch collaboration skills and a team player attitude.
Has a deep understanding of the client's business, including strategic direction, priorities and goals and translating that to the relevant candidates and candidate pools.
