Job Description

This position will be responsible of managing all L1 technical support tickets from people related to sales, promotions, such as granting accesses, validating information, creating stores, and more. Also, will be in charge of on-going tasks that are performed in Salesforce platform. Besides, will be responsible of redirecting and following up the tickets to L2 for their corresponding solution


Qualifications

  • Salesforce Experience - Basic - Intermediate - 1 to 2 years
  • Databases and ETL processes - Intermediate - 1 to 2 years
  • Excel - Advanced - N/A
  • Service Now - Basic - Intermediate - 0 to 1 year

Pre requesites •Salesforce declarative experience of at least 1 year, desirable Salesforce Administrator certification •Proven Experience with Level 1 support •Knowledge on ticketing systems, desirable SNOW •Excellent verbal and written communication •Customer service oriented •Responsive and proactive •Attention to details •Advanced Excel mastery •Experience managing data bases and ETL processes •Desirable Knime expertise •English written proficiency
