Business Analyst I Sales Operations Shared Services

Reporting to : Manager, Sales Operations Shared Services

This candidate is responsible for performing the activities / responsibilities under WW GTM Sales Operations Shared Services in India supporting all Geo's sales and sales operations stakeholders.

An ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end Business Process & Metrics Standardization, Project Management, and Benchmarking Processes.

This candidate would report to the Manager, Sales Operations Shared Services, and perform the outlined responsibilities designated under the process he / she would support.

We are looking for detail-oriented and analytically driven individuals. This role will expand to strategically working within the WW GTM Shared Services Org.

and the Sales Operations teams across GEOs. This is a multi-functional sales operations role. The ideal candidate may demonstrate experience / knowledge in CRM applications viz.

SFDC, SAP / SAPC, Oracle EBS, etc. This includes, but is not limited to, partner management, territory management, and data remediation efforts.

Exposed to the areas like Software products and services sales operations, territory planning management, Exec. Level metrics representation, client relationship management, metrics analysis, etc.

Role and Responsibilities :

First Line Support for Compensation related Sales generated queries in VMStar

  • Managing the Help Desk to support queries generated from our internal Salesforce system, coordinating, and working towards the solution, and escalating to the right teams where necessary.
  • Effectively and proactively communicate via calls and emails with the Sales teams and Business Operations team to ensure fast and precise resolution.
  • Analyzing and contributing to Root Cause Analysis, building process or answers repositories will ensure a continuing percentage of questions are answered accurately on the first contact.
  • Achievement checks & Reconciliation

  • Performing SAP Bookings vs SAP-Callidus / Tableau Dashboards reconciliation
  • Check Achievement and commissions calculation
  • Credit Filter Checks
  • Publishing Prelim & Final payout to the region and get confirmation
  • Compensation design Modeling

  • Always keeping Compensation Design logic up to date.
  • Managing Interim plan changes via CRF (Change Request Form) in Excel format.
  • Coordinating Compensation plans at role level with high-level Senior Management to align plans by individual and role.
  • Other activities & Initiatives

  • Stakeholder Management Setting cadence with stakeholders to have the routine connect to discuss around process & policies
  • Suggesting, justifying, and implementing new and ongoing scheduled and ad hoc reports and Dashboards identifying trends and key drivers of Productivity and Quality analysis metrics.
  • Suggesting, justifying, and implementing process improvement ideas generated by the team.
  • Ensure data confidentiality, integrity, and protection of the company's intellectual property.
  • Requisite Skills & Experience :

  • Clear, professional, and concise communications (written / verbal), presentation, and facilitation skills
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Sales Compensation / Sales finance / business operations.
  • Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility and ownership
  • Ability to take initiative and to set priorities independently
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access)
  • Capable of working under tight and aggressive timelines.
  • Capable of working with the Sales team / senior leaders directly.
  • Advanced Excel Skills, Macros will be added advantage
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to think strategically
  • Business analysis using BI tools, SFDC Dashboards would be required
  • Must be highly motivated and flexible to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible to work in shifts and extended working hours per business requirements
  • Ability to learn systems quickly with little or no guidance
  • Knowledge in CRM applications namely SFDC, SAP Bookings & Commissions, etc would be a plus.
  • Educational Requirement :

    Bachelor’s degree is a must
