Better requires process, discipline, and simplification
We’ll be looking for you in this role, to support the Digital Organization mainly managing web and app content for our digital solutions, you will be maintaining and / or creating transactional and non-transactional pages, email templates, marketing campaigns, FAQs and others.
You will enter web and email content into a content management system (CMS), troubleshoot email design / content issues in the CMS and in HTML source code, and Deploy content to test environments.
You will work with QA team to test email and website content, work and resolve assigned content defects for projects and daily defect logs and work with project managers and translation vendor as needed.
You’ll identify, report and resolve issues that could affect project timelines, page performance and search engine optimization (SEO).
The web & app production team is critical for delivering the company’s message across all our digital properties, ensuring that our voice is consistent, and contributing to a superior customer experience.
You will partner with cross-functional colleagues in different locations and business units to enhance content from our current websites as part of continuously improvement.
You will need 2 plus years of experience working in large a corporate environment. You will have an academic background in computer science, web design, UX or other related areas.
You will need to be fluent in English (B2+) both written and oral with excellent organizational and communication skills.
