Success in the Role : What are the performance goals over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?
Immediately and in an ongoing manner you will :
Be evaluated on key objectives that will be aligned towards running / supporting UCC Services
Be monitored on successfully creating automated systems to accomplish work that would otherwise be performed, often manually.
What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?
You will be working with operational tools and concepts, such as alerting, monitoring, logging, and health checks
You will split time between operations / on-call duties, developing and improvising systems.
You will build, support, and improve services for colleagues that rely on our services.
You will use your experience supporting SaaS platforms with an ability to integrate and develop environments using API’s.
You will use your conceptual understanding of Power tools, communication and collaboration services. i.e. Voice (Telecom / SBC) and Contact Center
You will identify, receive, triage and act upon events and incidents coming from various SaaS services and proactively identify potential problems, issues and actively communicate and manage issues to resolution.
To be successful :
You will have a conceptual understanding of communication and collaboration services such as Voice (Telecom / SBC) and Contact Center Collaboration Services
You will need work closely with SME in UCC (Unified Communication and Collaboration) and L1 Support to support and improve our services.
Experience with Amazon Chime, Amazon Connect, and Twilio a bonus!
