You are responsible for
Supervises the Quality Engineering Department as a minimum and supervises additional departments from the Quality Assurance organization as needed per the Costa Rica site organizational structure.
Liaise with corporate functions to determine the guidelines of operation for the departments under his responsibility.
Establishes and manages the necessary quality programs to ensure the Company meets the Quality System requirements per company procedures and applicable federal regulations and international standards.
Coordinates with internal and external customers to provide and obtain the required support from the supervised functions.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology Engineer, Chemical Analyst, Chemical Engineer, or a combination of equivalent job experience in related field.
7 years of experience in the field.
Advance-intermediate english knowledge written and spoken.
Office knowledge (visio, word, excel, PowerPoint). Statiscal and Quality Tools knowledge.
Problem Solving skills.
CQE, CBA, or CQA is preferred
Black belt certification is preferred
