Main responsibilities :
Preparation of sub ledgers, Journal Vouchers and other accounting reports for employee's compensation & benefits related items.
Performs Balance Sheet Account reconciliations, investigation and clean up of reconciliation items in close partnership with Finance department.
Team up with local and worldwide business partners to resolve issues.
Leads / participates in process improvements and global projects.
Provides technical accounting guidance to junior accountants.
Provides support to managers with the integration, ramping and training of new accountants.
Monitors and coordinates junior accountants to ensure compliance with close deadlines.
Minimum requirements :
Licenciatura in Public Accounting
4 years of relevant accounting experience
CPA will be considered a plus
Payroll and Local Statutory accounting experience will be considered a plus
Advanced English level
