Key QualificationsExcellent Conversational and Customer Service SkillsPatience and willingness to helpSchedule flexibilityTyping skills (25 words per minute with 90% accuracy)Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsFor Spanish, the level required is 100% Spanish, 60% in EnglishCustomer Service experience is a must for at least 60% of the hired people.

Graveyard Experience is a must for at least 80% of the hired people.

Previous experience working with Spanish customers is a plusRequirementsHighschool diplomaNo criminal background recordsBasic troubleshooting and problem solving skills, multitasking
