Responsible for project support within the US Payroll team, tasks to be performed will be related to the implementation of payroll processes.
The US Payroll team is responsible for the execution of all US based employee payroll processing and employee support.
The US Payroll Administrator will perform computations and clerical duties necessary to prepare payroll information for computer input, adjust computer output, and process exception items or those requiring special handling.
Responds to inquiries from employees regarding salary deductions and changes in compensation.
Prepares, maintains, and compiles various payroll records.
Assignments are typically routine and repetitious in nature.
Work performed within narrowly defined parameters.
Close supervision involving detailed instructions where work is typically checked and monitored on a routine basis.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finances or any related field.
High proficiency in English (Written and verbal)
High attention to detail
Preferred qualifications :
US Payroll experience (preferred)
High tolerance to ambiguity
Audit / control experience
Able to work under pressure in a very fast paced environment
Teamwork and Leadership
Systematic problem resolution approach
Data analytics knowledge and experience will be a plus
