The main responsibilities for these positions will be :
Close related duties and statutory accounting for Latin American entities in processes such as cash, taxes, accounts payable, fixed Assets, intercompany, and employee reimbursements.
Prepare statutory reports, Corporate / Local reconciliations and control files
Reconciliation items resolution
Identifying and resolving desk level process improvements.
Supporting Close and Reporing projects and Business Process Management.
Providing support to Audits internal, external, SOX and Finance and Accounting department quality
Building business partner relationships.
Public Accounting Bachelor degree or coursing the last year of Public Accounting Bachelor.
Required Skills :
Intermediate-Advanced English level
Systems Aptitude : Ability to work with different systems used in job #1
Problem solver and strong action orientation skills
Partnering : meet commitments on a timely basis. Builds professional relationships based on trust, respect and delivery of results.
Teamwork : Supportive and actively participate in teams. Helps to build and sustain great place to work and can identify conflicts.
Preferred skills :
Working knowledge of SAP would be an added advantage
Experience in shared services, accounting, or finance processing related position would be an added advantage
