The Head of Talent Delivery Center (TDC) is responsible for managing offsite’, scalable, skilled resources delivering best practice services across the Talent Acquisition process.

We are looking for an individual who has a strong operational background, is a thought leader in terms of how to improve recruiting processes (from executive to entry level professional roles) and a strong track-

record of people development and continuous improvement. The individual will manage the TDC performance, including all the employees within it, via operational monitoring, spotting performance issues quickly and proactively addressing any identified.

With the ability to see and drive continuous improvement, the leader should be able to navigate from a change management perspective in a highly matrixed environment.

The Talent Delivery Center will also receive client and prospective client visits, and this role will play an integral role in the success of each of those visits, so a background in presenting to a wide range of clients and excellent communication skills is a requirement.

The Head will work directly with the Account / Solution Delivery leaders to support effective delivery to all lines of business (RPO, Projects Professional Search).

This includes driving engagement and culture of the Center, motivating, inspiring and coaching team members, resource assignments, use of tools and templates and building strong working relationships with onsite’ or office based staff.

  • In-depth experience in senior leadership or director level roles within talent acquisition
  • Proven success leading and motivating managers and change management
  • Track record of successfully achieving client KPIs and SLAs
