The Head of Talent Delivery Center (TDC) is responsible for managing offsite’, scalable, skilled resources delivering best practice services across the Talent Acquisition process.
We are looking for an individual who has a strong operational background, is a thought leader in terms of how to improve recruiting processes (from executive to entry level professional roles) and a strong track-
record of people development and continuous improvement. The individual will manage the TDC performance, including all the employees within it, via operational monitoring, spotting performance issues quickly and proactively addressing any identified.
With the ability to see and drive continuous improvement, the leader should be able to navigate from a change management perspective in a highly matrixed environment.
The Talent Delivery Center will also receive client and prospective client visits, and this role will play an integral role in the success of each of those visits, so a background in presenting to a wide range of clients and excellent communication skills is a requirement.
The Head will work directly with the Account / Solution Delivery leaders to support effective delivery to all lines of business (RPO, Projects Professional Search).
This includes driving engagement and culture of the Center, motivating, inspiring and coaching team members, resource assignments, use of tools and templates and building strong working relationships with onsite’ or office based staff.

Inspire the team to attain goals and pursue excellence, while maximizing engagement and minimizing attrition
Monitor and manage the productivity and capacity of the TDC to ensure alignment with client satisfaction and Center capability, maximizing the cost effectiveness of the Center
Realize opportunities for efficiencies in solution execution and implement innovative solutions and continuous improvement initiatives
Deliver services to agreed SLAs and KPIs with high levels of client satisfaction
Provide timely updates to client / onsite management, stakeholders and / or executive sponsors
Monitor market trends, best practices and opportunities for Center performance improvement
Liaise with key stakeholders across Korn Ferry
Define and communicate individual and team performance goals and metrics
Maintain awareness of creative sourcing strategies and work closely with the teams to develop the best approach for a client

Manage the introduction of new recruiting tools and capabilities that will affect the Talent Delivery Center
Oversee the delivery of the entry-level Talent Academy and ensure successful training and retention of entry-level employees, to create a pipeline of talent for the wider business
Skills & Experience
10+ years of experience in talent acquisition
5+ years of experience management teams
In-depth experience in senior leadership or director level roles within talent acquisition
Proven success leading and motivating managers and change management
Track record of successfully achieving client KPIs and SLAs
Stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills
Accomplished in interacting with senior leadership / director level both written and verbally
Broad Talent Acquisition experience covering a range of sectors and functional areas
Ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed, global business
