Job Description

Software Service (SaaS) demand is growing, and Sage’s sales team is leading the charge.

We’re adding SDR leaders to guide the next generation of Sales Development Representatives. As an Inbound SDR Manager, you’ll nurture the success of 5-6 professionals earning growth opportunities for both you and them.

This position is hybrid-remote (commute to office 1x / week (San Jose, Atlanta, Lawrenceville, or Beaverton).

What you’ll get :

  • Qualifications :

    1 year directly leading a team of SDRs or BDRs.

    You’ve done the job of the people you’ll be guiding and you did it well (5+ years of B2B telemarketing, sales, development, or sales management experience (preferably in business applications)).

    You have a history of working well with marketing / account executives that it wouldn’t be unusual if they invited you to their department Happy Hours.
