Job Description

As our Marketing Campaign Manager and part of our Demand Generation / Customer Marketing team, you’ll get to decide the best ways to generate demand for our existing Sage customers (upsell, cross-sell, cloud adoption).

You’ll have ABM technology, innovative marketing tools, and the data and insights you need to create data-driven campaigns and improve campaign performance.

To thrive in this role, you must know how to strategically generate demand with campaign planning and execution while using testing and metrics-based decision-making.

Location : Preferably hybrid near one of our offices and open 100% remote within the US

Key Responsibilities

Had you been with us last month, you would have :

  • Created strategy for demand gen marketing targeting our existing customers and delivered leads for up-sell, cross-sell, and adopting our cloud-native solutions
  • Flexed your innovative ideas when it comes to campaign management; email, digital, and paid media strategies
  • Had the data and marketing tools (like 6Sense) at your fingertips to make informed decisions
  • Progressed professionally from collaborating with a team of marketing experts across marketing automation / operations, digital media
  • Focused on what matters because you work for a company that (actually) supports work-life balance
  • We’d love to hear from people who have these minimum requirements :

  • 4+ years in B2B marketing campaign management and creating demand gen programs (customer marketing and software / SaaS marketing experience a plus!)
  • Improved campaign performance from digging into data
  • Thinks of their target audience when creating marketing strategies and writing copy
  • Thrives working autonomously and values collaboration and building strong partnerships with the sales team
  • You want to use a progressive marketing tech stack (Eloqua, 6Sense, Salesforce, Sendoso, Tableau... to name a few)
  • Wants to report to a compassionate leader who supports career development, has a (virtual) open-door policy, and believes in removing roadblocks so you can easily do your best work!
