As a Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for helping ensure our pivotal initiatives and portfolios of work run efficiently and optimally in support of our quarterly and annual goals.
Your ability to drive alignment with cross-functional teams across product, marketing, IT, and analytics teams globally and will help drive initiatives to improve customer value realization.
In this role, we’ll rely on your business and operational expertise, partner skills, and problem-solving abilities.
What you'll Do
Develop and execute comprehensive strategic program plans to achieve the success metrics and value drivers
Detailing scope, DACI, project timeline, task assignments, and leading schedule progress, including understanding and managing dependencies.
Lead core critical initiative cross-functional meetings to align team, driving the agenda / action items, ensuring relevant insights are widely shared, and working through issues to ensure delivery
Track progress against quarterly and annual growth pillar plans, highlighting risks and paths to deliver core plans
Act as the primary source of information for the when and how of the strategic programs in the portfolio, and the overall portfolio itself.
Prepare presentations for the team and senior management highlighting performance in an easy-to-understand, executive-ready manner.
Understand the unique challenges of a hyper matrixed environment, and approach them through an insightful and problem solving lens
Strive for continuous improvement to our program management approach
What you need to succeed :
Strong experience supporting cross-functional multidisciplinary teams to launch high-impact business initiatives. Extensive experience leading sophisticated projects to completion.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, at all levels. Ability to tell data-driven stories in a clear and concise narrative.
Ability to rapidly assess a problem, define options, execute to address critical business issues, and creatively clear obstacles where necessary
7+ years of experience of business operations or program management experience
