Job Summary The Data Analyst - Global CDS Data Collection and Quality is responsible for the ongoing data collection and quality processes for all transactional data.
In this role the Data Analyst is responsible for the collection and quality of the data, as well as the data quality tool.
The role is also responsible for handling partner implementations, data certification, training, providing on-going support, consultation and assisting with the development needs for the global quality product.
Work closely with manager, regional resources and other stakeholders to support data related strategies, provide ongoing support and communicate any delays impacting the customer SLAs.
Work with manager to define standard operating procedures and Service and Quality level measures. Follows established procedures.
Collaborate with team members and make suggestion to manager for any process improvement and / or efficiency opportunities Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Target Achievements : *Responsible for data collection across all agencies supplying data and ensuring data is collected according to SLAs.
Strategy : *Support department initiatives in order to meet company goals. *Recommend changes and improvements in alignment with the CDS strategy Keep abreast of technologies and industry trends Establish and Maintain Relationships : *Establish relationships within the team and stakeholders Work with others within the department to support department goals Education / Knowledge / Experience *Must have 3 + years of experience working in a technical role, supporting data and MIS systems *Strong knowledge of the MIS data process encompassing : the collection process, quality, work flow and the data integration.
