  • What you’ll do :

  • Main and first point of contact from business units for support, changes and escalations
  • Build and test existing automation solution according to standards and technical design, using best practices that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand
  • Implement change request with the guidance of Senior Solution Designer and RPA Tech Lead
  • Maintain technical responsibility for high quality project delivery according to change request timelines
  • Maintain solution documentation up to date
  • Deliver on service levels agreements and providing reports related to support metric
  • Ensure quality of components by performing thorough unit testing and code reviews mainly focusing on minor change requests or fixes
  • Qualifications :

  • Familiar with any of the following topics / tools Cognitive Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Chatbots, Natural Language Processing
  • 0-2 years of experience as RPA Configurator or equivalent
  • University degree in Computer Science or equivalent IT experience
  • Proficient in English oral and written (B2 level)
  • Basic knowledge or experience on RPA to understand what can and cannot be automated
  • Basic knowledge about self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components
  • Understanding and knowledge in SQL and relational databases
  • Extra points for any of the following :

  • Knowledge in Agile Methodology
  • Knowledge with Python and Machine Learning
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
  • Eager to keep abreast of the latest technologies
