Product Manager, Adobe Experience Cloud

The Opportunity

The Product Manager will lead several key initiatives that will contribute to an improved and unified end-user experience across the entire Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.

This individual will work in partnership with internal customers to collect and prioritize key business requirements and collaborate with Design, Engineering and Program Management to deliver and strengthen a common set of unifying technologies and capabilities that have significant impact on overall experience.

What you'll Do

  • Own the product requirements and delivery of integrating technologies and customer capabilities that accelerate end-user workflows across applications
  • Responsible for communicating / aligning with the internal solution partners and driving adoption of unifying technologies
  • Strategically align with other Product Managers on the delivery of interdependent solutions and initiatives
  • Lead and facilitate process improvements for the management of cross-application information architecture
  • Direct supporting Product Owners’ activities and priorities
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, collecting defects and enhancement requests
  • Support Release Planning, scheduling backlog items into regular releases aligned to business priority
  • What you need to succeed

  • 3-4 years of related experience is required
  • Familiarity with Scrum or similar Agile development methodologies
  • Knowledge of and familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud products is ideal
  • Self-starter that thrives in the face of challenges
  • Proven track record to operate effectively with general mentorship on new projects
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to work with technical and non-technical audiences;
  • as well as, communicate effectively to individual contributors, management, and executive leadership

  • Demonstrates experience communicating and advocating programs to customers and / or internal team members
  • Strong people skills, with distinctive ability to motivate and influence people without authority or a direct reporting relationship
  • Excellent conflict-resolution management skills; ability to effectively facilitate teams to the successful resolution of issues
  • Bachelor’s degree in technical field or relevant work experience is required
