  • Produce regular weekly / monthly reporting on employee completion of mandatory Compliance training, and monitor non-compliance
  • Respond in timely manner to RFIs from internal / external auditors, and be available to respond to any queries regarding data
  • Identify process improvements to assignment and monitoring strategies for Compliance Training, as well as Root-Cause-Analysis on non-compliance with policy
  • Analysis of talent in the areas of T&L programmes, people metrics and other non-HR business data
  • Aid in the creation and implementation of HR analytics tools, and executive dashboards / reporting
  • Derive meaning and insights from HR data, make recommendations and drive strategy
  • Report against KPIs, other measured outcomes and ROI for education, leadership and training programmes
  • Drive efforts to improve data quality, identify and resolve data issues, and ensure consistency in data processing
  • Utilize data across multiple platforms / systems (including surveys, Workday, Cornerstone, Taleo, external benchmarks, etc.
  • to perform deep and insightful analysis to present synthesized findings and insights to tell the talent story

    What you will need to succeed :

  • 3+ years of experience in data management, data analytics, information systems
  • Broad understanding of data management, information flow, and business challenges related to data
  • Experience with reporting, measurement, data, segmentation and analysis required - strong mathematical intuition and data visualization
  • Understanding of statistical concepts such as experimental design, hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, statistical significance, and sample sizing
  • Experience in business partnering and stakeholder management; to collaborate, influence and build / strengthen relationships
  • English proficiency. B2+.

  • Understanding of leadership, training measurement (TDRp, Kirkpatrick)

  • Open to work non-standard work hours such as on holidays or extended hours may be required at times to meet operational needs
