Position Summary :
Partners with Procurement Systems administrators to assist in establishing, monitoring, and distributing Procurement Systems analyses, metrics and tools.
It will also assist in the implementation of short- and long-term plans or programs for Procurement systems. Key responsibilities include contributing to the development of Procurement Systems performance analytics and contributing to the Global Procurement system development and enhancement.

What you will do :
Essential Duties & Responsibilities : (Detailed Description)
Development of systems performance analytics and metrics
Provide ongoing reports using visualization tools (eg : Power BI)
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in data sets to identify areas of opportunities
Assist with Procurement systems problem solving activities
May participate and provides inputs to solutions proto-typing, configuration, conference room pilots, testing and cutover activities
Provides inputs to discuss change requests, requirements, and enhancements with IT partners
May participate in documenting test scripts, executing functional and user acceptance testing
Support implementation of key procedures and processes to build a standardized systems analytics organization
setting priorities; resolving problem situations
Focuses on customer satisfaction by demonstrated teamwork and empowerment
Solves problems through a consultative approach and operates with honesty and integrity to provide a highly responsive and unsurpassed level of customer service to Strategic partners
