Our scope expands and this position is critical to continue facingthe growing challenges of our global business. In our team, you will needsharpened analytical and data-handling skills to understand performance andcommunicate data-driving recommendations to senior leaders in the organization.
You will help lead the business prioritization and business operating cadenceacross Consumer Money Transfer, ensuring global alignment to the CMT strategicfocus at every level of the organization and delivering customer and financialresults.
For this role, you will need 3years of business analytics experience (preferably in finance, tech, marketing,or B2C roles).
A bachelor s degree in business, finance, engineering,marketing, or a related area of study and / or equivalent. You should haveexcellent verbal and written communication skills (English C1-83%) and a provenability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
You should feelcomfortable managing projects independently, with a get-it-done mentality.Strong qualitative skills along with experience performing data manipulation inExcel are critical for success SQL, R are a plus.
