The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist works to proactively identify candidates through sophisticated sourcing techniques for the Americas Region.
Primary responsibility includes sourcing for challenging roles as well as developing proactive recruitment marketing activities to build robust candidate pipelines for high demand roles.
This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with TA processes including documentation retention and providing data analytics when required.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
25% - Sources qualified candidates through a variety of channels including direct sourcing, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, social media, etc.
Delivers exceptional candidate slates by using well proven, passive candidate recruiting methodologies. Develops innovative attraction strategies including identification of new sourcing channels.
Share best practices, industry and market intelligence data to support the TA team.
15% - Uses search engine and networking sites using Boolean search language. Supports sourcing activity through scheduling and attending recruiting events such as career fairs, college / university recruitment events, etc.
Leverages our the Smith & Nephew Culture pillars and our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to engage leads and convert them into applicants.
15% - Drives continued focus on Diversity & Inclusion by attracting a diverse workforce to our company by identifying talented people of varied backgrounds, experiences and styles.
15% - Works closely with TA Specialists to ensure a clear understanding of skillsets, requirements and experience needed for identified roles and forecasted demand required for pipelining efforts.
Also collaborates with TA team members to gain greater understanding about the the organizations we support.
15% - Ensures strict adherence with TA processes to ensure compliance with state and federal requirements. Ensure required documentation is maintained and assists with audit process as required.
15% - Provides applicant tracking and reporting as needed; conduct data analytics when required. Enter data into Applicant Tracking System(s) to ensure accurate and consistent tracking of candidates from the research to telephone screen stage of the recruitment process.
REQUIREMENTS

Education : BS / BA Degree or equivalent relevant experience
