Amazon Advertising is growing its online advertising program and is seeking Ad Ops Services Associates for Twitch, to support our Global business.
Twitch is a live streaming platform (especially for gamers) where we are building campaigns on Video Ads across multiple platforms.
We currently support order creation, campaign booking, trafficking, reporting, campaign optimization, code review, and screenshots tasks across global markets.
The Ad Ops Services Associate for Twitch will serve as a designated specialist within the team, acting as a point of contact and process expert for other colleagues.
Will also drive and support innovation, leading to increase in process efficiency and KPI improvements.
Key responsibilities include :
Maintain the highest standards around campaign fulfillment.
Manage platform queue success ensuring campaigns are within SLA and accurate
Execute campaigns by trafficking ads to Amazon's properties : Amazon, Twitch.tv etc.
Build campaign, line items and creatives in an ad server with reference to the requirement.
Communicate the status of campaign creation to key global partners and also provide Twitch team with screenshots confirming campaign launch.
Complete ad server and campaign audits using checklists to ensure accuracy and completeness of the campaign, including go live workflows.
Proactively troubleshoot, solve problems and escalate as needed.
Create weekly / monthly campaign reports.
Take on ad-hoc projects to improve processes and maintain ad serving capabilities.
Partnering with key stakeholders to define, identify and influence the development of new initiatives.
Creating best practices by putting forth improvement ideas.
Mentor, guide and deliver trainings to operational teams to manage quality, improve process efficiency and minimize variation.
Educational background or similar experience in Advertising or related field.
Outstanding organizational, prioritization, attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
General understanding of online advertising processes.
Problem-solving and organization skills.
Strong research skills.
Experience collaborating with global stakeholders, SMEs, front-line / specialty managers and front-line / specialty associates
Highly proficient in an industry leading third party ad server DoubleClick, Atlas, etc.
Familiarity with third party ad serving tags.
