Job Description


  • Serve as a TA Consultant to the business and build relationships to become a Trusted Advisor.
  • Ensure effective and timely sourcing, selection, and placement of people with the skills and competence to deliver the organization's goals and objectives
  • Build strong relationships and partner with hiring managers to understand position and candidate qualifications required
  • Develop appropriate sourcing strategies and identify suitable candidates for positions, primarily through research, networking, direct recruiting as well as through the use of such tools Linked In, referrals and other search tools boards
  • Understand the business functions goals, challenges, culture, and career paths to most effectively deliver the right candidate
  • Interview and qualify candidates against defined criteria, provide feedback on candidates, and refer appropriate candidates to hiring managers for technical interviews
  • Adhere to established ATS system and processes to ensure a consistent recruiting process as well to ensure that all systems are updated with candidate statuses to guarantee compliance
  • Own communication with candidates, including initial contact, progress updates, interview scheduling, and rejections where necessary
  • Create, manage and maintain all candidate support documentation, offer letters, reference checks, etc.
  • Regularly summarize and communicate recruitment updates proactively to hiring managers, Human Resources, and Business leaders as required.
  • Anticipate issues with a search and create mitigation plans

  • 3-5 years of related recruiting experience within a multinational organization
  • Demonstrated intense drive for results and a proactive approach to recruiting
  • Strong knowledge and proficiency in identifying appropriate sourcing strategies and leveraging volume for greatest efficiency
  • Advanced sourcing skills
  • Success in sourcing Software Skills
  • Ability to effectively build talent pipelines for future positions
  • Well-developed negotiation, collaboration, and consultation skills
  • Demonstrated capacity to communicate effectively and proactively
  • Ability to follow all the recruiting and selection procedures
  • Excellent organizational skills and an ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
  • Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud or similar cloud base ATS is a plus
