Position overview

CWT Solutions Group is seeking a Business Analyst on the CWT Business Insights team, you will produce scheduled and ad hoc reports, pull and prepare data, and analyze key data trends to solve business problems for large global customers.

This role resides within the global consulting organization, CWT Solutions Group, partnering with account management teams and the client to optimize business travel costs and support global corporate travel programs.

You will distribute recurring reporting, provide ad hoc analyses, support data quality processes, investigate micro and macro trends in data, and provide support to prepare business reviews.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible to produce and manage a schedule of recurring reporting
  • Deliver ad hoc report requests by clarifying purpose and tailoring output to meet specified objectives
  • Develop new reports / models, create efficiencies to improve current processes, and continually enhance client deliverables
  • Support the compilation and analysis of recurring business reviews between account team and client
  • Quality check data and deliverables to ensure accuracy
  • Ensure all reports and models are up-to-date and accurate as operational changes are made that may require data / reporting updates to maintain quality
  • Proactively identify problems and drive to deliver timely resolutions
  • Actively work on reviewing opportunities to automate reporting to drive efficiency in client report wherever possible
  • Qualifications

  • English fluent : written and oral
  • Experience with :
  • Data analysis, data consolidation, or data management
  • Utilizing report generation and visualization technologies (like IBM Cognos, Power BI, Power Query, Tableau, etc.)
  • Analysis on large sets of data and communicating findings
  • Strong analytical and technical skills required
  • Attention to detail with high expectations for delivering quality work
  • Demonstrated leadership and initiative : leading self, and the client
  • Sound judgment, advanced problem solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Ability to effectively work within a multicultural environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively without close supervision
  • Comfortable working by phone, email, WebEx with team members and clients located in different cities / countries
  • Knowledge about the corporate travel industry is a plus
