Your Responsibilities :

This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are

Reporting to the Procure to Pay GPO, this role in accountable for two main areas : expenses card audit process for the Corporate, B2B and P-

Cards; and acting as a single point of contact for Finance Service Operational Performance Leads.

Key responsibilities will include :

  • Ensuring the application process continues to run according to its Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Monitor and produce relevant KPIs
  • Overseeing the audit process and results for pre-payment checks and back end monitoring
  • Leading any partnership with external or internal auditors reviewing T&E and P-Card controls / processes
  • Reviewing existing controls on an annual basis to ensure they are fit for purpose
  • Completing quarterly system-based SOD checks (T&E specific)
  • Authorising any requests for ad-hoc data pulls
  • Basic qualifications :

    We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals :

  • University degree / accountant or equivalent
  • Experience in developing and implementing standard processes globally across an organisation
  • Good understanding of the internal and external experience of Corporate and Procurement Cards within a global organisation
  • Preferred qualifications :

    However, if you have the following, it would be a plus

  • Basic knowledge of lean sigma techniques and principles
  • Ability to effectively communicate with key regional business unit contacts, Business Service Centre Ops Improvements team (BPO) and other partners e.
  • g. T&E GPO, Procurement and IT etc.

  • Exposure to working in a service organisation, dealing with senior stakeholders
  • Experience of working as a team and in collaboration with key stakeholders to create business cases related to this process
