You will be based in our San Jose, Costa Rica office as a member of our TechOps team which is part of McKinsey’s Client Technology team (ClienTech).
ClienTech fosters innovation driven by analytics, design thinking, mobile and social. It does so by developing new products / services and integrating them into our client work.
It is helping to shift our model toward asset-based consulting and is a foundation for and expands our investment in our entrepreneurial culture.

We currently employ 80+ Site Reliability / DevSecOps Engineers across 15+ teams serving different business verticals and technology ecosystems.
What You'll Do
You’ll work in small teams and collaborate with product managers, developers and operations people to use the latest technologies that will help our clients.
In this role, you'll combine Agile’ with expertise in cloud, big data and mobile to create and maintain custom solutions in a way consistent with SRE principles that will help clients increase productivity and make timely decisions.
You'll work on development, implementation and operation of IT systems and processes supporting SaaS applications and platforms.
You'll perform automation of provisioning, quality controls, security auditing and maintenance.You'll also perform continuous measurements and improvements of efficiency of operational activities and resources.
