Job Responsibilities :
1) 1-2 years of Technical Support experience in enterprise environments and should be able to adapt to new technologies and services in Azure cloud space.
2) Should have strong understanding on Core Azure services.3) Should have Data Migration skills preferably in Azure.4) Work with Microsoft product teams to address customer issues / escalations in a fast paced environment.
5) Work closely with Account managers to help drive overall success and intent.6) Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) certification preferred.
Required Skills :
1 to 2 years of technical support experience in an enterprise environment (Azure Core Support Services).
Desired Skills :
Preferred candidates with proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish.
