As a Sales Operations Manager at an Adobe company, you are hard-working and sought after business professional who is passionate about driving revenue growth through operational excellence.
In this role, you’ll discover and drive performance improvements across the Frame.io GTM / Sales organization and build the foundation for it to scale.
This will include building Account lists and Books of Business, revenue optimization, critical initiatives to enhance productivity, process redesign, resource allocation and pipeline analytics.
This role will require intense prioritization and data-driven decision-making to ensure our teams are working against the right goals and have the tools needed to achieve them.
At You Will
Work with Frame.io GTM Leadership to score Accounts, manage and create Account Lists for Sales Reps, and support segmentation updates
Understand our sales pipeline to help improve team effectiveness, remove roadblocks, and work with sales leadership to uncover insights and areas of opportunity to increase sales velocity and win rates.
Partner with Systems to drive productivity through developing and optimizing processes and systems on 3rd party software including Salesforce.
com, Outreach, Gong, and others
Run projects with stakeholders to make decisions on topics including forecasting, go-to-market strategy, growth / churn strategy, segment optimization, process improvement, SPIF targets and small / medium scope sales experiments
Partner with Manager, Sales Operations & Enablement and the Strategic planning team in reporting and operationalizing key sales and bookings performance metrics, reporting tools and dashboards to help drive insights and action
Document crucial processes and engagement rules; help in implementing these processes
Standardize project and enhancement intake process, prioritization, assignment, and execution
What We're Looking For
4+ years of Sales Operations experience
Stakeholder management and effective communication, including leadership / executive level presence
Sales strategy and performance analysis
Business requirement analysis and project management
Independent, handle competing priorities, strong time management
Tech expertise in GTM tools (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach) and Excel
Operational support for pipeline / forecasting, territory / market analysis and assignment, compensation planning, and sales lifecycle optimization, including periodically assessing and reporting out on success of implementation and leading improvement planning
