The Opportunity

The Adobe Sign Sales Operations Team defines the strategy and revenue operations to drive an outstanding Enterprise Sales organization.

You will partner directly with the Americas Enterprise Sign Operations Team and ecosystem, reporting into the Manager, Sales Operations.

You will drive operational inspections, reporting & analytics, and participate in programs that impact the entire Americas Sign customer base that drive Adobe sign sales & revenue growth.

What you'll Do

  • Partner with Sales leaders on weekly pipeline & forecast calls ensuring business-critical metrics are achieved.
  • Establish highly repeatable (and scalable) sales operations reporting methodologies & processes.
  • Partner with cross functional leaders to facilitate the ongoing optimization and load balancing of sales coverage, account assignments, and manager hierarchies.
  • Analyze and glean important insights from operational data to provide strategic recommendations to the sales & leadership team on how to improve business and sales metrics.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on ad-hoc requests, projects, and critical issues as needed.
  • What you need to succeed

  • Minimum 5 years related work experience in Sales Support / Operations, or interlinked functions, ideally in the software industry.
  • Strong analytical proficiency and effective project management skills.
  • Strong planning, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on mentality, proactive and extraordinary attention to detail.
  • Daring with ability to work independently, learn quickly, be proactive and responsive.
  • Results driven and with a bias for action to drive business critical metrics
  • Able to thrive in a virtual / remote / distributed team environment.
  • Pursuant to the Colorado Fair Pay Act, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in Colorado.

    Colorado Starting Salary : $95,500 - $124,000

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.

    Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
