The North America Enterprise Change Lead assists with formulating the overall change strategy for our North America business as Avanade executes our 5-year, Ambition 2025 Strategy.
This role will work with North America leadership and the Global Growth Office to provide change management expertise and drive all change management activities related to the implementation of our internal business strategy.
This is not an external (client-facing) role. Core skills include change strategy & planning, business planning, executive stakeholder management and presentations, implementing change across an organization and strategic program management.
North America Enterprise Change Lead (50%)
Develop, manage and execute the North America Enterprise Change Strategy :
Leverage Avanade’s structured methodologies and lead change management activities
Define Success Factors and critical milestones.
Identify potentials risks, barriers, and dependencies between Global Change strategy and North America strategy.
Create a strategy and implementation plan to support adoption of the changes required
Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications.
Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.
Work closely with the Global Growth Office and Global Ambition 2025 Change, Communications and Content (CCC) Team to represent North America change strategy
North America Sales Transformation Change Lead (50%)
Work closely with North America sales lead and Regional sales leadership to drive adoption of North America sales transformation including updated sales training, tools, and processes
Develop and manage the North America sales transformation change strategy
Identify potentials risks, barriers, and dependencies for the sales transformation
Provide change impact assessment to categorize and evaluate impacts of change by stakeholder or stakeholder group.
Support the NA Sales transformation communications and content creation
Help coordinate development and delivery of stakeholder interventions

2-4 years in program management or change management
Consulting / project-based background
Excellent communication skills including the ability to communicate complex strategic concepts to a variety of audiences
Strong analytical and statistical skills
Ability to work with a variety of strong personalities
Broad knowledge of technology landscape
