Job Description :
Service Operations is a crucial part of an organization, in this position, engineers perform first-level triage for our applications, systems, and networks, as well as access and incident management.
The team works collaboratively with the entire Micro Focus delivery organization, it is a 24 / 7x365 operation and requires engineers to work hybrid shifts including 1 weekend day.
Evaluate systems components, systems software, networking infrastructure, and hardware peripherals for availability, reliability, and performance.
Triage and resolve systems and network issues reported by both internal and external proactive monitoring systems.
Analyze systems for performance, throughput, and high availability.
Notify internal and external customers of planned and unplanned interruptions to the system’s operation.
Contribute to the knowledge base through process development and improvement.
Work on access management for internal SaaS applications and AWS environment
Participate in departmental and cross-team projects and initiatives
2 years of technical support experience / troubleshooting a technical environment
An active student or with a BS degree in computer science, computer engineering or the equivalent
NOC experience (Desirable)
Advanced English Level
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
Project and program management abilities
