Areas of Accountability

  • The DocPro Support Specialist will be responsible for managing and assist in the deployment and provide long term support for Europe, North American and Latin American users.
  • The Support Specialist will work closely with Project Execution Lead, Project Engineers, Project Managers, Document controllers by interpreting and processing their CTS cases and request.
  • Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle escalated tickets those that require technical investigation / action
  • Minor and major Report customization
  • Any other minor customization in DocPro
  • Deployment of customization and testing
  • Manual pre-deployment activities like : TSF changes, Template changes, etc.
  • Maintain up to date Azure
  • Node creation per documentation
  • Node migration per documentation
  • Contribute to steering meeting
  • Propose changes and improvements to the system
  • Standard requests : Archiving, Update looks ups, etc.
  • Troubleshoot configuration issues : Connect, Bulk processing, Reports
  • Trouble shooting skills : Sever logs "Event Viewer", Product logs.
  • Reqirements

  • Minimum Educational Qualifications : technical Certification, University Degree (systems Engineering Degree).
  • Must have Knowledge and Expertise in MS-SQL, ASP.NET, C#, jQuery, HTML and CSS.
  • Troubleshooting skills : Analyzing the applications Servers logs and windows event viewer
  • Basics of server administration and network understanding
  • Excellent computer skills, troubleshooting specially Web Base Applications and Microsoft Apps.
  • Must have excellent oral and written English skills B2 85%
  • Experience with document management systems a strong advantage
  • Travel : 10 20%
  • Preferred Requirements

  • Added Knowledge : SSRS, Excel MACRO, PowerBI
