Provides first level support for all Data Center issues. Assumes responsibility for both the daily monitoring and resource allocation of the company's multi platform environment to ensure optimal performance for batch and transaction processing.
Provide support to all users both internal and external and acts as Help Desk during off peak hours. Focuses primarily on resolving technical system level problems related to hardware, software and applications.
Maintains print area and performs print functions, including special requests and distribution activity.

Escalates any issue requiring vendor, technical or production support following published guidelines. Provide detailed and concise turnover to the oncoming shift.
Ensures daily logs are accurate and that all functions and processes scheduled during shift are complete. Provide necessary training for new and less experienced computer operators and maintains an appropriate level of service.
Protects company's assets by challenging any unknown person in the Print or Data Center. Performs additional duties when needed and as assigned.
