Your Role

The specialist is responsible of complete the task as mentioned in the customer instructions, update all required systems in a timely and accurate manner and ensure that the service expectations of customers and the company are meet.

Your Responsibilities

Monitor cargo status for Pharma sea freight containers in US

Update cargo status in the system in case it is necessary

Monitor Detention and Demurrage for Pharma Sea freight cargo arriving to US

Request cargo status to carriers.

Answer internal and external customer's questions.

Follow up issues and escalate accordingly.

Work closely with other departments to deliver high level of service to customers.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Skills and Experiences

High school diploma.

Intermediate English level written and oral.

Intermediate Excel level.

Strong analytical skills.

Process oriented.

Organized.

Trustworthy.

Able to do overtime and / or work on holidays (when required).
