Position Overview :

This HR Business Partner is responsible of establish and implement HR strategies that foster the organization and people development for them.

The HRBP serves as a liaison between the business line and HR to assess human resources needs in areas such as employment, performance management, compensation, career development and management development, and competency development.

The person must understand the business units they are supporting. This position requires a strong analytic skills and the ability to translate client business plans and goals into human resource capabilities needed to achieve results.

Responsibilities :

  • Conducts the OLR process for the specific business unit.
  • Guiding, mentoring and supporting operations on the AIS process.
  • Assists HR Manager in Compensation and Budget initiatives.
  • Administers the HR Ticketing System.
  • Ensures the Salary reviews are performing twice a year.
  • Conducts the administration of the RSU’s Stock Program.
  • Ensures the Benefit Program has the proper administration.
  • Responsible of the Policies and Procedures. Including : Legal concealing, creation and update of policies, deployment, training and development of the management team.
  • Employee relations management.
  • Assists Sr. HRBP in the turnover metrics and attrition for the site.
  • Responsible of the New Hire Orientation strategy along with the Sr. HRA.
  • Coordinates Learning and Development program for the site.
  • Conducts the administration of the HR Calendar.
  • Ensure Onboarding for L4, L5 and L6+ occurs for every new hire or promotion.
  • Supports Payroll in the ticketing process.
  • Active participation in Focus Groups, Gemba Walks, for all levels of the organization.
  • Active listening on the floor with the respective business unit.
  • Conducts the administration of the HR Team Development, Communication and Branding.
  • Development of initiatives at a Network Level.
  • Receptionist, ATS, HRA and Sr. HRA Management according to the HR Local Strategy.
  • All other duties and responsibilities as needed
  • 5+ years' experience in an HR generalist, management or business partner role.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent post-secondary degree.
  • Employee relations, change management and team development experience.
  • Ability to diagnose problems and identify and drive appropriate solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Influencing skills and interfacing with senior members of the business.
  • Ability to function in a fast paced and innovative environment.
  • Master’s degree or MBA in a Human Resources discipline.
