The Shared Services Center based in Costa Rica and part of Global Operations currently is in the need of dedicated RPA Analyst to act as members of the Data Services Operations Team .
The Automation Analyst's role is to optimize and innovate business processes by designing and implementing automation solutions and / or create / investigate / roll out tools focused on cost reduction and speed up productivity in the delivery of services such as Call Center, Data and Back-
office roles. This includes selecting, blueprinting, gathering requirements, designing, and rolling out solutions to end users.

College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science, information systems, or computer engineering.
Strong ability to analyze user requirements and build front-end Business Process Modeling solutions according to specifications.

List Required Technical Skills (PC skills and software packages) :
Experience with tier-one applications, databases, and data warehouses, such as Oracle 10g or higher, MS SQL Server.
Advanced Knowledge in SQL scripting & PL / SQL programming.
Strong understanding of relational database structures, theories, principles, and practices.
Experience with .Net development.
Knowledge or Experience with Business Process modeling solutions (BPM) will be considered as a plus.
Knowledge of Business Intelligence and Analytics platforms such Tableau, Business Objects, OBIEE or other will be considered as a plus.
Knowledge of dimensional modeling will be considered as a plus.
Desired Knowledge of virtual agent / software robotics tools.
Key Responsibilities :
Design, code, test, and document all new or modified systems, applications, and programs.
Direct, organize, and lead projects in the implementation and use of new software tools and systems.
Evaluate and select database / data warehouse components, including hardware, relational database management systems, ETL software, metadata management tools and database design solutions.
Supporting various projects within the capability, and partnering with engineering to review and validate project designs within the automation applications.
Responsible to ensure Stakeholder Requirements are understood by Engineering Teams; both application and infrastructure.
Support and maintain existing applications.
Ability to prioritize, work both independently and with the team.
