Position Purpose & Summary
Cargill Business Services(CBS) is a global organization that envisages the accelerated use of sharedservices. Its purpose is to bring a smarter, more efficient approach to how weprovide shared services to Cargill.
That way business units and functions canfocus on what they do best. Five functions are in scope - HR, IT, Finance,Transport & Logistics and Strategic Sourcing & Procurement.
These services are delivered in centersaround the world, including Bangalore (India), Sofia (Bulgaria), Nanjing(China), San Jose (Costa Rica), Uberlandia (Brazil) and Rosario (Argentina).
This role primarily servesinternal CBS clients and is responsible for producing and analyzing CBS serviceperformance results for one or more CBS functions : Credit To Cash, Record ToReport, Procure To Pay (includes Procure To Order and Invoice To Pay), CTL, HR,IT, Master Data Maintenance, Trade Execution, CBS Core, Service RequestManagement).
The position works closely with global and center operations leadsto identify and drive improvement action based on where performance isbelow-target.
30% Deliver and manage performance analysis, commentary andservice improvement plan (results consumption)
Sustain a data-driven, high-performance culture and maintain strong alignment with GPO, GPM(s), GOL, center / tower operations leads, global / center performance analysts
Perform global, top-down analysis; use data to highlight improvement opportunities to ops leads
Facilitate and maintain service improvement plans
Coordinate / deliver commentary and provide coaching as needed
Understand the service delivery processes and corresponding metrics for the function very well
Provide visualization design requirements and mockups
30% Manage CBS performance metrics, data, dashboards (resultsproduction)
Manage metric index and definitions for the function
Maintain data product inventory, data provider list
Simplify, rationalize and govern data products
Ensure data products are easy-to-find, easy-to-use, and trustworthy
Provide stakeholder training / education on available dashboards
Ensure data product solution sustainability (documentation, knowledge transfer, no single points-of-failure)
Lead / fulfill requests for new or enhanced data products

10% Manage portfolio of performance managementwork / projects / operations
Maintain priority list of active, backlog, complete work

Understand data lake maturity and plans
Ensure CBS is adequately trained on what’s in existing lakes

5% Support delivery of service performance content
Create alignment between what global lead needs to share with stakeholders and available data products, commentary, and improvement plans
Deliver content at required frequency
Education, Experience, Skills
Bachelors degree in MIS, business intelligence or analytics, computer science, accounting / finance, related discipline
3 years experience in service operations, service performance management, and / or data & analytics
Beginner / Intermediate PowerBI (or equivalent) development skills
Experience in defining metrics, sourcing / managing data, designing data visualizations
Experience in data analysis and story-telling
Clear and succinct communicator, verbal and written
Logical, organized, detail-oriented, analytical

Experience working in a shared services organization
Experience extracting / managing data from systems like SAP, JDE, Remedy, RemedyForce, Taleo, MyHR
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook); advanced proficiency in Excel
