Job Description

At Publicis we are looking for Project Manager in order to :

Be the direct contact for scrum and product teams for sprint backlog, planning and execution of sprint & PI goals

Identify dependencies and impediments and work with stakeholders to resolve them

Provide knowledge on full-scale continuous delivery process

Be responsible for the setup, continuous maintenance, monitoring and troubleshooting of development / testing / staging and production environments across internal clients accounts in collaboration with the technology team.

Facilitate all scrum ceremonies

Able to prioritize sprint goals / commitments with Product Owners

Support functional & engineering teams.

The deliverables for each Sprint are clearly understood by the Agile Team(s).

Ensure that the Agile team(s) delivers working software of sufficient quality to deliver to clients at the end of each development sprint.

Provide Risk Management for all risks

Ensure that the Agile Requirements Repository is properly administered

Qualifications

B2+ English Profieciency

Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts

Experience on SAFe framework is desirePI and Sprint Plannin

Backlog management

Proficiency in JIRA or equivalent Project Management tool

Excellent communication and servant leadership skills

Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability

Outstanding organizational skills

Excellent presentation & facilitation skills

Estimation techniques

Quality monitoring and management.

Build, measure & monitor delivery & quality KPIs

Change management

Risk identification and mitigation

Good to have skills :

Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle

Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related field from an accredited college or university;

Master's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred

Facilitation of requirements analysis meetings

Agile techniques and methodologies

Knowledge of Agile lifecycle management repositories

Certified CSM or SAFe Scrum Master

Pro-active support to the business is a key attribute for this role with a customer service focus to link both systems requirements with business outcomes.
