As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for data analysis, reporting, metrics optimization, and strategic planning.
In this role, you will be supporting the contact center for Snap Finance. This role will help develop reporting, measurement standards, and presentations for the contact center and executive leadership teams.
You will also develop processes to evaluate employee performance and streamline the scorecard process.
Develop and maintain contact center reporting
Enhance and simplify scorecard processes
Prepare leadership presentations
Manage reporting and dashboards
Assist with SQL database maintenance
Provide analysis and recommendations to leadership
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
At least 2 yrs of reporting or analytics
Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office suite intermediate
Strong report development and SQL query background
2 yrs in or supporting a call center environment
Collection team or support experience
Familiar 3C Logic routing and IVR software
WFM software reporting experience is a plus
