If so we would love to talk to you about joining Amazon's Risk Content Management team as a Project Manager to run our marketplace and language expansion projects.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing our team's deliverables that roll up into new marketplace launches, and language expansion projects.
This involves scoping out required SOPs and email templates, creating a plan to work backward from the required delivery dates, managing a project schedule and work plan, and providing regular updates.
It's important that you are self-motivated and look around corners for ways to serve customers. We operate in a fast-paced environment, and you will need to partner with various internal and external stakeholders.
This role requires someone with excellent analytical abilities and project management skills. You must have strong attention to detail and be capable of diving deep.
Great interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication, time management, and ability to deal with ambiguity are also required.
A background in technical writing, a demonstrated ability to automate manual work, or the ability to do basic coding would be a bonus.
CTPS Operations designs and builds the software systems, risk models, and operational processes that minimize risk and maximize trust in Amazon.
The Risk Content Management team creates and maintains content to support CTPS Operations. We use data to make decisions about our content, and we advocate for the investigator and customer experience.
We measure success by having clear and simple content that answers readers' questions before they arise. We have team members based in London, Seattle, Cork, and San José.
