Job Summary : Responsible for supporting sales and partner sales-related processes and procedures, which consists of analyzing data, funnel and pipeline, reporting as well as working on partner campaigns and sales and partner activities.
Which includes partner evaluation, tracking partner sales and aligning partner opportunities to the DXC Sales teams and / or Sales representative.
Includes but is not limited to development, implementation and governance of partner service or solution portfolio lifecycle management, revenue growth programs and going through the appropriate routes to market.
Collaborating and implementing effective sales or partner GTM programs to achieve revenue, profit and / or TCE goals for regions / segment / entity.
Detail responsibilities :
Establishes strategies and maintains relationships with key tactical leaders and business implementation and partner leads.
Uses deep business knowledge of multiple businesses or sub- domains to drive engagement for major business initiatives. Influences overall IT and business planning and sales execution.
Manages and monitors performance of sales or partner business segment metrics (e.g., attach, penetration, revenue, TCE);
managing pipeline revenues with partner and sales segment.
Identifies and drives process improvements for partner and or sales management to increase team productivity and improve overall effectiveness.
This includes deal escalations and trouble shooting.
Creating and fostering a mutually beneficial relationship with key Partners and Cross-functional teams within DXC such as Product Business Groups, Alliance partners, Service and support teams, Regional Business Development Manager, Sales, Solution Partners Organization, and delivery functions.
Focal point for metrics, analysis and reporting on partner and segment activities. Maintaining partner lists and contract management.
Teaming with Partner Marketing on proper use of partners MDF funds to best maximize spend and ROI
Responsible to achieve objectives and goals.
Required education : Typically 4+ years in similar job function with proven track record in relationship building, business process management and reporting
Typically first level and advanced level university degree .
Basic skills (non-technical)
Skills in management of people and business relationships, knowledge in organizational design and planning, problem solving, excellent communication, and negotiation skills.
Skills with financial reporting tools and ability to correctly design reports and interpret their output.
Exceptional written and verbal skills. Excellent project management and process development skills
