DHL Express is hiring a Billing Agent to join its Heredia, Costa Rica team.In this role, you will deliver support and output to achieve correct, complete and timely account creation and maintenance.

Additional tasks and accountabilities include but are not limited to :

Main Responsibilities

Load data into our validation tools to produce maintenance reports.

Point of contact between the client and sales department.

Validate documentation to process and open or update accounts.

Register relevant data in tools to monitor status of work.

Provide and demonstrate the work done according to internal control procedures.


Good MS Windows & Excel as an end user (required).

Fresh Graduates, currently studying Business Administration, or administrative experience (experience in a SSC environment will be an added advantage)

Intermediate English (it’s desirable)

Ability to work under pressure.
