The Opportunity

Adobe Experience Cloud's Retention Marketing team mission is to engage customers throughout their entire journey to drive adoption and retention, ignite advocacy, and create Adobe customers for life.

As Customer Marketing Manager, you will manage and scale the global Adobe User Group program for the Adobe Experience Cloud (AEC) business, engaging 10K+ customers.

The ideal candidate will be a customer-obsessed marketer with a passion for building communities of advocates and finding creative ways to enhance the overall customer experience.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and the strategic evolution of the Adobe User Group program by cultivating meaningful relationships across the AEC customer base and key internal stakeholders.

Adobe User Groups focus on helping customers successfully adopt AEC solutions, explore use cases and best practices, with the ultimate goal of driving retention.

  • CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT Build highly-engaged user groups with passionate customers and product experts; connect and empower Adobe Experience Cloud customers to network, share best practices, and discuss and solve common challenges
  • PROGRAM MANAGEMENT Evolve the strategy and manage the day-to-day operations for the Adobe User Group program, including building relationships with customer advocates and management of user group enabling technologies (Bevy Labs, SharePoint, Workfront, and Marketo Engage).
  • EVENT COORDINATION Drive user group event execution (virtual and in-person) and email campaigns for event promotion across multiple Adobe User Groups on a monthly basis and annually at Adobe Summit.
  • CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION Foster and manage internal partnerships across key stakeholder teams, including Product, Customer Success, Brand, Sales, and others to secure buy-in and support of user group and customer advocacy initiatives.
  • METRICS & MEASUREMENT Develop a framework and report on user group membership growth, user group member feedback, and business impact of user group program;
  • draw insights and meaningful conclusions from the data to inform strategy and growth of the Adobe User Group program

    What you need to succeed

  • BS / BA with 3+ years of experience in Customer Marketing, Customer Advocacy, Customer Success, or Community building
  • Customer-first mindset and ability to understand customer needs to develop programs that support and align to the customer journey
  • Proven track record of creating high impact customer engagement programs that drive both external and internal value
  • Strong program management and project management skills, including ability to multi-task and work on several projects, often under tight parallel timelines, and consistently deliver results
  • Ability to synthesize data, derive insights, and use those insights to drive program improvements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with customers and influence stakeholders to an aligned position
  • Proactive self-starter with proven ability to work collaboratively with others to drive successful outcomes
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to driving high quality execution
  • Pursuant to the Colorado Fair Pay Act, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in Colorado.

    Colorado Starting Salary : $104,000 - $135,000

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.

    Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
